On 2020 OCT 2, it happens to my app too, my app suddenly disappeared in AppStore search result, even I search with its unique long name. It worked well before. I am losing 10k users everyday, how can I fix it?

It is not a ranking problem, it is not showing in search result problem. no matter what key works I use. I am losing 5-10k users every day. the app is almost "dead", because people can not download it even they know what app they want to download. Contacted apple yesterday, they checked the app, and everything seemed ok, they are still investigating. anyone have the same issue, how can I fix this?

same issue, it is not a problem about ranking. this is no way to find it in search results.
